YES GEN VI WAS ANNOUNCED. AND THE STARTERS ARE SO ADORABLE AND THERE'S A FENNIC FOX FOR THE FIRE STARTER AND EVENTUALLY THE MALE PROTAGONIST WILL LUXURIOUS LONG HAIR.

AND THE NAMES FOR THE GAMES ARE BASED OFF POKEMON SHAPES INSTEAD OF COLORS.
